Adheel Baniparsadh is the 100% member of KwaZulu Bulk Logistics cc.

Adheel matriculated in 1999 with a distinction in Business Economics. Simultaneously, Adheel studied for a Certificate in Road Transport (RAU) while in matric in 1999. He then passed the Advanced Certificate in Road Transport (RAU) in 2000.

Adheel has played an active role in his father's business, Adheel Sands cc, since an early age as 12 and has gained first-hand experience in this industry over the years.

During 2004, Adheel familiarised himself with the Minerals and Petroleums Resources Development Act (Act 28 of 2002) and the requirements of the DME with regard to mining rights and permits. Adheel compiled an application for the 20year mining right for the Kumbamvoti Mine, including preparation of the Mining Work Programme, The Social and Labour Plan, The Scoping Report and The Environmental Management Programme. The mining right was granted in 2006.

Adheel oversees the business and mining operations in general and attends to the proper maintenance and servicing of the fleet of trucks and plant.
